4lovingyou(이하 "운영자")는 스도쿠 게임 앱 Suzzku(이하 "앱")를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 요약
- Suzzku 는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 게임 진행 상황, 기록, 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 앱은 광고로 운영되며, 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자가 사용될 수 있습니다. (이용자가 허용한 경우에만 맞춤 광고)
- 공지·업데이트 안내를 위해 푸시 알림 토큰이 운영자 서버에 저장됩니다.

친구 도전장의 도전 코드는 퍼즐 시드·난이도·기록 시간만 담고 있으며 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다. 공유는 이용자가 직접 선택한 앱을 통해 이루어집니다.
3. 광고와 맞춤 광고 선택
앱의 광고는 Google AdMob 을 통해 게재됩니다.
- iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업에서 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 맞춤 광고에 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있으며, 이 경우 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
- Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 광고 ID 를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.
- EU/EEA·영국·일부 미국 주 등 법령이 요구하는 지역에서는 앱 첫 실행 시 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 선택을 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 앱은 전 연령 이용을 고려하여 광고 콘텐츠 등급을 "일반(G)"으로 제한합니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁 (국외 이전 포함)

5. 앱이 사용하는 기기 권한
- 알림(선택) — 공지·업데이트 안내를 보내기 위해 사용합니다. 거부해도 게임 이용에 영향이 없습니다.
- 앱 추적(iOS)(선택) — 맞춤 광고 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 네트워크 — 광고 게재, 공지·업데이트 확인에 사용합니다. 게임 자체는 오프라인에서도 동작합니다.
- 진동 — 입력 피드백용이며 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 방법
- 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다.
- 푸시 토큰은 앱을 삭제하거나 알림 권한을 끄면 더 이상 유효하지 않으며, 운영자는 이를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 즉시 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 이용자는 언제든 운영자에게 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
Suzzku 는 전 연령이 이용할 수 있는 퍼즐 게임이며, 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동(또는 해당 국가 법령이 정한 연령 미만)의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
운영자는 서버와 앱 간 통신을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 저장하는 정보를 최소화하며, 서버 접근 권한을 운영자로 제한하는 등 필요한 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 안에서 별도로 안내합니다.
Suzzku Privacy Policy
4lovingyou ("we") provides the Sudoku game app Suzzku (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Summary
- Suzzku has no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other directly identifying information.
- Game progress, records, and settings are stored only on your device.
- The App is ad-supported. An advertising identifier may be used to serve ads (personalized only with your permission).
- A push notification token is stored on our server so we can send notices and update announcements.

A friend challenge code contains only the puzzle seed, difficulty, and your time — no personal data. Sharing happens through an app you choose yourself.
3. Ads and your choices
Ads in the App are served by Google AdMob.
- iOS: The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, every feature still works and you see non-personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
- EU/EEA, UK, and certain US states: Where required by law, a consent screen appears on first launch, and you can revisit your choice under "Ad privacy settings" in the App's settings.
- Ad content is limited to the "General audiences (G)" rating.

Other than the above, we do not share or sell your information to anyone.
5. Device permissions
- Notifications (optional) — to deliver notices and update announcements. Declining does not affect gameplay.
- App tracking (iOS) (optional) — used only for personalized ads.
- Network — for ads and for checking notices and updates. The game itself works offline.
- Vibration — input feedback only; collects nothing.
6. Your rights and how to delete data
- All game data on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
- The push token becomes invalid when you uninstall the App or turn off notifications, and we delete it promptly. To request immediate deletion, contact us below.
- You may at any time ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information, and we will act without undue delay.
7. Children
Suzzku is a puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we delete it promptly.
8. Security
We encrypt traffic between the App and our server (HTTPS), keep the data we store to a minimum, and restrict server access to the operator.
