SWeb 개인정보처리방침
4lovingyou(이하 "운영자")는 스크린샷 웹 브라우저 앱 SWeb(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 요약
- SWeb은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 방문 기록, 즐겨찾기, 스크린샷, 저장한 입력값, 템플릿, 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 백업은 이용자가 "데이터 백업하기"로 직접 고른 위치(기기 저장소, iCloud Drive 등)에 파일로 저장되며, 운영자 서버로는 보내지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 방문하는 웹사이트는 SWeb 이 아니라 각 웹사이트의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 운영자는 이용자가 어떤 페이지를 보는지 수집하지 않습니다.
- 앱은 광고로 운영되며, 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자가 사용될 수 있습니다. (이용자가 허용한 경우에만 맞춤 광고)
- 공지·새 소식 안내를 위해 푸시 알림 토큰이 운영자 서버에 저장됩니다.
- 이용자가 스크린샷을 공유할 때만 고른 공유 방법에 따라 이미지나 링크가 전송됩니다(아래 4항).

앱 잠금의 Face ID / Touch ID 인증은 iOS 가 처리하며, 앱과 운영자는 생체 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 방문하는 웹사이트
- SWeb 으로 여는 웹페이지는 이용자의 기기에서 해당 웹사이트와 직접 통신합니다. 웹사이트가 수집하는 정보(쿠키, 입력한 정보, 위치 요청 등)는 그 웹사이트의 개인정보처리방침을 따르며, 운영자는 이를 받지 않습니다.
- 웹페이지가 위치를 요청하면 iOS 위치 권한과 이용자의 허용 여부에 따라 그 웹페이지에만 전달되며, 운영자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
- 설정의 "User Agent" 에 문구를 넣으면 웹사이트에 보내는 브라우저 정보 뒤에 그 문구가 붙습니다.
4. 공유할 때 전송되는 정보
스크린샷이나 페이지를 공유하는 것은 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 일어나며, 고른 방법에 따라 아래 정보가 전송됩니다.

5. 광고와 맞춤 광고 선택
앱의 광고는 Google AdMob 을 통해 게재됩니다.
- iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업에서 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 맞춤 광고에 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있으며, 이 경우 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
- EU/EEA·영국·일부 미국 주 등 법령이 요구하는 지역에서는 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 환경 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 선택을 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다.

위 경우와 이용자가 직접 고른 공유(4항)를 제외하고 운영자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
7. 앱이 사용하는 기기 권한
- 카메라(선택) — QR 코드를 스캔해 웹 주소를 열 때만 사용합니다. 사진을 찍거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 사진 보관함(추가만)(선택) — 스크린샷을 사진 보관함에 저장하도록 고른 경우에만 사용합니다. 보관함의 사진을 읽지 않습니다.
- 위치(선택) — 방문한 웹페이지가 위치를 요청하고 이용자가 허용한 경우에만 그 페이지에 전달합니다.
- 알림(선택) — 새 소식과 공지를 보내기 위해 사용합니다. 거부해도 다른 기능에 영향이 없습니다.
- Face ID(선택) — 설정에서 앱 잠금을 켠 경우 앱을 열 때 본인 확인에만 사용합니다.
- 앱 추적(iOS)(선택) — 맞춤 광고 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 네트워크 — 웹페이지 열기, 광고 게재, 공지·업데이트 확인, 공유에 사용합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 방법
- 기기에 저장된 방문 기록·즐겨찾기·스크린샷·입력값·템플릿·설정은 앱 안에서 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. 쿠키와 캐시는 설정의 "지금 캐시 삭제"로 지울 수 있습니다.
- 예전 버전에서 서버에 올린 백업 파일의 삭제를 원하시면 로그인에 썼던 이메일을 적어 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 푸시 토큰은 앱을 삭제하거나 알림 권한을 끄면 더 이상 유효하지 않으며, 운영자는 이를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 즉시 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 이용자는 언제든 운영자에게 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동(또는 해당 국가 법령이 정한 연령 미만)의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
운영자는 서버와 앱 간 통신을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 저장하는 정보를 최소화하고 서버 접근 권한을 운영자로 제한하는 등 필요한 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다.

12. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 안에서 별도로 안내합니다.
SWeb Privacy Policy
4lovingyou ("we") provides SWeb (the "App"), a screenshot web browser. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Summary
- SWeb has no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other directly identifying information.
- History, favorites, screenshots, saved form input, templates, and settings are stored only on your device. Backups are saved as a file to a location you choose with "Back up your data" (device storage, iCloud Drive, etc.) and are never sent to our server.
- Websites you visit are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We do not collect which pages you view.
- The App is ad-supported. An advertising identifier may be used to serve ads (personalized only with your permission).
- A push notification token is stored on our server so we can send notices and news.
- Images or links are sent only when you share a screenshot, depending on the sharing method you choose (section 4).

Face ID / Touch ID for the app lock is handled by iOS; neither the App nor we receive any biometric data. The App receives no payment information.
3. Websites you visit
- Pages you open in SWeb communicate directly between your device and that website. Information a website collects (cookies, what you enter, location requests, and so on) is governed by that website's privacy policy, and we do not receive it.
- When a page requests your location, it is shared only with that page, depending on the iOS location permission and your choice, and is never sent to our server.
- If you enter text in "User Agent" in Settings, it is appended to the browser information sent to websites.
4. Information sent when you share
Sharing a screenshot or page happens only when you choose to, and the following is sent depending on the method you choose.

5. Ads and your choices
Ads in the App are served by Google AdMob.
- iOS: The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, every feature still works and you see non-personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- EU/EEA, UK, and certain US states: Where required by law, a consent screen appears, and you can revisit your choice under "Ad privacy settings" in the App's settings.

Other than the above and sharing you choose yourself (section 4), we do not share or sell your information to anyone.
7. Device permissions
- Camera (optional) — used only to scan QR codes and open web addresses. No photos are taken or saved.
- Photos (add only) (optional) — used only when you choose to save a screenshot to your photo library. Your existing photos are not read.
- Location (optional) — passed only to a web page that requests it, and only if you allow it.
- Notifications (optional) — for news and notices. Declining does not affect other features.
- Face ID (optional) — used only to verify you when opening the App, if you turned on the app lock in Settings.
- App tracking (iOS) (optional) — used only for personalized ads.
- Network — to open web pages, serve ads, check notices and updates, and share.
8. Your rights and how to delete data
- History, favorites, screenshots, saved input, templates, and settings on your device are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Cookies and cache can be cleared with "Clear cache now" in Settings.
- To delete a backup file uploaded to our server by an older version, email us below with the email address you used to sign in. We will delete it promptly after checking it.
- The push token becomes invalid when you uninstall the App or turn off notifications, and we delete it promptly. To request immediate deletion, contact us below.
- You may at any time ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information, and we will act without undue delay.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we delete it promptly.
10. Security
We encrypt traffic between the App and our server (HTTPS), keep the data we store to a minimum, and restrict server access to the operator.
