These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service, along with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise communicated to users. We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. When we do, we will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable or material to users) through the app or this page. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. If you continue to use the Service after the stated effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
The agreement is formed when you accept these Terms, apply to register in accordance with our procedures, and we approve your application. We may refuse an application, or later terminate the agreement, in any of the following cases:
You are responsible for managing your own account and sign-in credentials, and you may not assign or lend them to any third party. You are responsible for any loss arising from negligent management or unauthorized use of your account. If you become aware that your account has been stolen or is being used by a third party without authorization, you must notify us immediately and follow our guidance.
We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, year-round. However, we may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for system maintenance, expansion or replacement, failures, communication outages, or other substantial operational reasons, in which case we will give prior notice. Where unavoidable, we may give notice afterward. We may change the content, features, or layout of the Service for improvement, and may modify or discontinue some or all of the free features in accordance with our policies.
The Service provides its core features for free. The following premium benefits are available through a paid subscription:
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged at the time of renewal.
Manage and cancel: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's policies and must be requested directly from Apple. We do not hold your payment details and do not process refunds directly.
Subscription prices, benefits, and product configurations may change. Changes do not affect an already-paid subscription period and apply from the next renewal. We will provide advance notice of any changes.
When using the Service, you must not:
You retain the rights to the Content you enter or store in the Service, and we process it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, syncing, backup, cross-device access, and the like). You warrant that your Content does not infringe the rights of others, and you are responsible for its accuracy and legality. We do not use your Content for marketing or advertising without authorization. Storage and destruction of Content are governed by our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property in the Service and app — including software, design, trademarks, text, and images — belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.
You may terminate the agreement (delete your account) at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. Deleting your account also deletes the Content you created, and this cannot be undone. If you violate these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict your use of the Service or terminate the agreement after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent or serious cases).
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises between you and us, both parties will endeavor to resolve it amicably in good faith. If it is not resolved, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
