바둑 타임 (Go Time) 개인정보처리방침
4lovingyou(이하 "운영자")는 바둑 대국 시계·기보 촬영 앱 바둑 타임 (Go Time)(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 요약
- 앱은 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다. 로그인 과정에서 계정의 이메일과 이름(또는 Apple이 제공하는 비공개 릴레이 주소)을 받습니다. 별도의 비밀번호를 만들거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 시계 설정, 대국 기록(기보), 촬영한 바둑판 사진은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 운영자 서버로 올라가지 않습니다.
- 앱은 광고로 운영되며, 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자가 사용될 수 있습니다. (이용자가 허용한 경우에만 맞춤 광고) 광고 제거 구독을 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
- 공지·업데이트 안내를 위해 푸시 알림 토큰이 운영자 서버에 저장되며, 로그인한 경우 계정 식별자(이메일)와 함께 저장됩니다.
- 앱 안의 설정에서 언제든 회원탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴하면 인증 계정과 연결된 정보가 삭제됩니다.

운영자는 결제 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구독 결제는 App Store / Google Play가 처리하며, 운영자는 스토어가 제공하는 구독 상태만 확인합니다.
기보(SGF)나 사진을 다른 앱으로 내보내기·공유하는 것은 이용자가 직접 고른 앱을 통해 이루어지며, 운영자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
3. 광고와 맞춤 광고 선택
앱의 광고는 Google AdMob 을 통해 게재됩니다.
- iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업에서 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 맞춤 광고에 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있으며, 이 경우 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
- Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 광고 ID 를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.
- EU/EEA·영국·일부 미국 주 등 법령이 요구하는 지역에서는 앱 첫 실행 시 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 설정의 "광고 동의 설정"에서 선택을 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 광고 제거 구독을 이용 중이면 광고가 표시되지 않으며, 광고 식별자도 요청하지 않습니다.

위 경우를 제외하고 운영자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 앱이 사용하는 기기 권한
- 카메라(선택) — 남는 폰을 바둑판 위에 두고 한 수마다 판을 찍어 기보로 남기는 데 씁니다. 촬영을 시작할 때만 묻고, 사진은 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 사진(선택) — 사진첩의 바둑판 사진을 골라 돌 위치를 읽을 때 시스템 사진 선택기를 쓰며, 이용자가 고른 사진만 읽습니다. 촬영한 바둑판 사진은 사진첩이 아니라 앱 안에만 저장합니다.
- 블루투스(선택) — 폰 두 대를 한 시계로 잇거나 시계와 카메라 폰을 짝짓는 데 씁니다. 주변 기기를 찾아 잇는 데에만 쓰고 인터넷으로 내보내지 않습니다.
- 위치(Android)(선택) — 일부 Android 버전은 주변 블루투스 기기를 찾을 때 이 권한을 함께 요구합니다. 앱은 위치를 계산하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 알림(선택) — 공지·업데이트 안내를 보내기 위해 사용합니다. 거부해도 시계·촬영·기보 기능에 영향이 없습니다.
- 앱 추적(iOS)(선택) — 맞춤 광고 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 네트워크 — 로그인, 광고 게재, 공지·업데이트 확인, 구독 상태 확인에 사용합니다. 시계와 기보 기능은 오프라인에서도 동작합니다.
- 진동·화면 켜짐 유지 — 대국 중 시계 알림과 화면 유지용이며 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 방법
- 회원탈퇴: 앱의 설정 → 계정 → 회원탈퇴 를 누르면 인증 계정(Firebase)이 삭제되고, Apple 로그인의 경우 Apple 에 발급된 토큰도 함께 폐기됩니다. 계정에 묶인 푸시 토큰은 탈퇴 과정에서 운영자 서버에서 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 기기에 저장된 기보·사진·설정은 앱 안에서 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다.
- 푸시 토큰은 앱을 삭제하거나 알림 권한을 끄면 더 이상 유효하지 않으며, 운영자는 이를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 즉시 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 이용자는 언제든 운영자에게 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동(또는 해당 국가 법령이 정한 연령 미만)의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
운영자는 서버와 앱 간 통신을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 저장하는 정보를 최소화하며, 서버 접근 권한을 운영자로 제한하는 등 필요한 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다. 비밀번호는 운영자가 받지도 저장하지도 않습니다(Google/Apple 이 인증을 담당합니다).

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 안에서 별도로 안내합니다.
Go Time (바둑 타임) Privacy Policy
4lovingyou ("we") provides the Go game clock and game-record camera app Go Time (바둑 타임) (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Summary
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account. During sign-in we receive the account's email and name (or the private relay address Apple provides). We never create or store a password.
- Clock settings, game records (kifu), and board photos you capture are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our server.
- The App is ad-supported and may use an advertising identifier to serve ads (personalized ads only if you allow it). An ad-removal subscription turns ads off.
- A push notification token is stored on our server to deliver notices and update announcements, together with your account identifier (email) when you are signed in.
- You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings; this removes the authentication account and the data linked to it.

We never receive payment details such as card numbers. Subscription payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play; we only check the subscription status the store reports.
Exporting or sharing game records (SGF) or photos happens through an app you choose yourself and does not pass through our server.
3. Ads and your choices
Ads in the App are served by Google AdMob.
- iOS: The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, every feature still works and you see non-personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
- EU/EEA, UK, and certain US states: Where required by law, a consent screen appears on first launch, and you can revisit your choice under "Ad consent settings" in the App's settings.
- While an ad-removal subscription is active, no ads are shown and the advertising identifier is not requested.

Other than the above, we do not share or sell your information to anyone.
5. Device permissions
- Camera (optional) — to place a spare phone above the board and photograph it after every move, building a game record. Requested only when you start capturing; photos stay on your device.
- Photos (optional) — when you pick a board photo from your library for stone detection, the App uses the system photo picker and reads only the photo you choose. Board photos you capture are kept inside the App, not in your photo library.
- Bluetooth (optional) — to join two phones into one clock, or pair the clock with a camera phone. Used only to find and connect nearby devices; nothing is sent over the internet.
- Location (Android) (optional) — some Android versions require this permission to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. The App never computes or stores your location.
- Notifications (optional) — to deliver notices and update announcements. Declining does not affect the clock, capture, or record features.
- App tracking (iOS) (optional) — used only for personalized ads.
- Network — for sign-in, ads, checking notices and updates, and subscription status. The clock and game records work offline.
- Vibration / keep screen awake — clock feedback and keeping the display on during a game; collects nothing.
6. Your rights and how to delete data
- Account deletion: In the App go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes the authentication account (Firebase) and, for Sign in with Apple, revokes the token issued to Apple. Push tokens linked to the account are deleted from our server as part of the deletion.
- Game records, photos, and settings on your device can be deleted inside the App, or all at once by uninstalling the App.
- The push token becomes invalid when you uninstall the App or turn off notifications, and we delete it promptly. To request immediate deletion, contact us below.
- You may at any time ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information, and we will act without undue delay.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or the age required by local law). If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we delete it promptly.
8. Security
We encrypt traffic between the App and our server (HTTPS), keep the data we store to a minimum, and restrict server access to the operator. We never receive or store passwords — Google and Apple handle authentication.

10. Changes to this policy
